Majoring in Drama
Vassar's Drama department is not a separate program, but rather a department within the college, and all admissions to Vassar are reviewed directly through the college's Admissions office (admissions@vassar.edu). Once accepted into the college, you may choose to declare a major in Drama.
We do not require auditions for majoring in the department, however, auditions are required to act in our plays, and are open to any students, including non-drama majors.
Prospective Vassar students do not need to audition for the Drama Dept. Submissions of previous or current work are not needed and can not be returned if sent.
