Facilities
Vassar has truly exceptional facilities for students who wish to study the art of theater. The Vogelstein Center for Drama and Film houses classroom and production space along with the Martel Theater, which is our proscenium theater, and a small studio theater. The Powerhouse Theater is a separate, black box theater not far from the Center. Student groups on campus also have their own space, the Shiva Theater. All of these facilities contribute to the rich theatrical environment of Vassar College.
